Sidji Batik has successfully to present the award night Sidji Batik Award 2013, at Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta, Wednesday (2 October 2013) at 19:00. This event is a tribute night to the batik makers who have devoted their lives from the canting and night. The hands of those who make batik is still secure.
This conferment is held to celebrate National Batik. While the criteria for batik makers in the award are those who have devoted more than 20 years of his life to the work of batik. The award winners get a chance on holiday in the city of Yogyakarta, because most of them come from outside the city of Yogyakarta. Other than that, on the night their award trophies awarded in the form of canting, gold ring, cash and merchandise from Sidji Batik.
